Oriolus xanthornus ceylonensis

A medium-sized, bright yellow and black, arboreal bird that has a black head and neck. Flight-feathers are black with yellow endings and primary patches. Tail is yellow with black central feathers. Males have a deep pink bill, unlike females that have slightly greener bills. Juveniles have a greyish hood and white specks on throat.
