Variegated Flutterers (mating pair)

Rhyothemis variegata veriegata
A mating pair of Variegated Flutterers. Males have black bodies that have a slight metallic greenish-brown tinge. Wings are a vibrant yellow with a few scattered black spots. Females however have yellowish-gold wings and have bigger and bolder black spots. Both sexes have this slow butterfly like flight and are about 2.3 cm long.
